A: Bitablue.com is an online retail store specialising in supplying authentic chinoiserie products. Bravochina L.LC. is a Limited Liability Company incorporated in the United States which striving for promoting the Chinese culture and the Made in China products. Bitablue.com is a site owned by Bravochina L.L.C., we provide and promote fine chinese goods to the rest of the world. Interested in knowing more? You're welcomed to our about us section.

Q: Where are you located and do you have a shop that I can visit?
A: We are USA company, our administrative office locates in La Harbe, California. Our operational office and warehouse locates in Shanghai of P.R.China, which enables us to bring to you first-hand offers of authentic Chinese cultural informations and products. We do not have a retail presence offline, as we believe in our concentration on our online expertise will enable us to better serve you.

Payment

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Right now we only accept payments by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, All derivatives of these brands) and PayPal. For payments by Checks and Money Orders will take very long time to validate, they are not accepted for the time being. We hope to make payments by Checks and Money Order possible in the future.

Q: What currency do you use for those prices on your website?
A: All prices listed are in US dollars. Bitablue.com only accept payments in US dollars. For french speaking customers, our french language service is available at www.bitableu.com where goods can be purchased in Euro.

Ordering

Q:How do I know which sizes to choose from the Chinese clothing section?
A: We use the standard US Sizes for all our clothings. Measure your body with a measuring tape, in inches and select the appropriate US Sizes. Refer to our size chart here or contact us by email if you need further assistance.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: We offer two methods of shipping: standard registered air mail & express mail. Shipping fees go according to the number of items in your order. Please refer to the chart provided in the Shipping rates section.

Q: How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
A: Tick or check the field under the "Remove" column next to the item you wish to remove, then click the "update" button below to remove it from the shopping cart.

Q: I made a mistake in my order, how do i fix it?
A: Once the order has been submitted, you cannot amend it. Please contact us as soon as possible of any changes or cancellations.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A: It takes us approximately 2-3 business days to process an order. When payment has been received, your order will be shipped by the method you have chosen. For registered air mail, it takes approximately 10-14 business days for the order to reach the recipient's address. For express delivery, it takes approximately 3-4 business days to reach the recipient.

Q: Can I return or exchange the goods that I have received?
A: Yes, you certainly can return the goods for a refund or exchange for another item. Please click here to see our returns and exchange policies and instructions.

Q: Can you send a catalog so that I can order offline?
A: We are very sorry that we do not have any printed catalogs that we can send you. All our products are displayed on our website.

Q: I am required to pay tax or duty fee for importation of goods by the shipping company or customs. Can you reimburse me?
A: Bitablue.com does not take responsibility for any additional fees or charges imposed by your local authorities when bringing in goods from other countries. Kindly check with your local authorities on the costs and rules when buying goods from overseas.
