We encourage our customer to contact us before sending any items back to us, as there might be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.


We have quality control procedures to guarantee the quality of the products sent to our customers. However, in case that you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from us, you can return it within 30 days from the time we shipped and receive a refund. Please note the following conditions on all returns:

  • Goods returned must be new and not used.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned as they won\'t be resellable.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • We do not pay for postage on returns.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping charges if orders are refused by the customers.
  • A restocking fee of 10% of the order total amount will be charged to cover part of our handling and financial cost.


If you are not fully satisfied and decide to exchange an item you have received for another item, another size or another color, you can return it within 30 days from the time we shipped to have it exchanged. Please note the following conditions:

  • Goods sent back must be new and not used.
  • We do not pay the postage for sending the item(s) back to us.

We will perform the exchange at no additional costs to the customer and send the goods by standard registered air mail at our cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case that you received a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacements, returns or exchanges.

Specify the problem and ship the item(s) back to us by regular or registered air mail. We will reimburse the return postage and send the replacement at no additional costs. We will not reimburse shipments by express delivery services (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc).

Return & Exchange Procedure

To return any items for refund or exchange, please send them via regular air mail or registered air mail to:

Please include your name, order number and request in the package and we will process the exchange or return order accordingly.

Please declare the returning goods equal or less than USD$20 in value in order to alleviate undeserved customs tax and accelerate the process.

Please note that shipping fees are not refundable for exchanges and returns.
